I have been a gym rat for over 30 years and have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly with fitness apps. One of my afterschool activities is teaching yoga, cycling, and weight training. I will share basics to finitness programs and the apps that best help.
Before teaching at Blue Peak High School, served 5 years in the Navy and 20 years as an engineer in the Nuclear Remediation Field. Now teaching Engineering, Robotics, and Physics to the next generation engineers and scientists.
